The cartoon shows Tory Party leader David Cameron as a dazed railway guard whose train has just been robbed. However, the booty is not banknotes but ballot papers, symbolizing the fact that UKIP 'stole' thousands of votes from the Tories in Eastleigh. The green tree on the side of the train is the Conservative Party logo.
