German Chancellor Angela Merkel has called US President Barack Obama after receiving information that the US may have spied on her mobile phone. The cartoon by Blower from the Daily Telegraph shows world leaders eavesdropping on each other. The joke is that we start with Obama and come back to him at the end. It's an endless loop. The message seems to be that it's not just the U.S. which is spying on other countries - they're all doing it.
