The cartoon by Chappatte from The International New York Times shows an angry North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un holding the latest edition of TIME with Pope Francis on the front cover (see original here). He asks his cowed officials, "Why him??!"
In fact, Kim Jong-un did not even make the final shortlist of ten. Surprising really, when you look at some of the other names on the list (Miley Cyrus, Ted Cruz, ...).
