Parisians are tattooed en masse as fair comes to town. Sasha Salama reports.
REPORTER: From boldly colored butterflies to hot air balloons. 500 people went under the needle in just one day at the World Tattoo Fair on the outskirts of Paris. Event organizers said people of all ages were getting tattoos.
TATTOO ARTIST AND ORGANISER OF EVENT TIN-TIN: "There's more people in between 20 years old and 40 years old than between 60 and 80 of course but you can get tattooed at 80. I did a tattoo on an 83-year-old woman recently, so there's no age to get tattooed."
REPORTER: More than three hundred tattoo artists from around the world came to decorate their canvases. They inked delicate bouquets of red roses as well as fierce dogs on the attack. Even though the fair has officially ended, the images live on.
