THE first wreckage from the missing Malaysian airliner could be recovered today after a dramatic switch in the area of the search. Debris was spotted yesterday in the new zone, which is 700 miles from where it was thought the plane went down. The breakthrough came after new analysis of radar data suggested the doomed jet was flying faster than previously estimated.
