Russian President Vladimir Putin and Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras met at a much-anticipated summit on Wednesday that brought together two world leaders known for rallying their constituencies by defying the European Union. The summit spawned no major announcements, and the two insisted Greece hadn’t asked Russia for financial assistance.
