Here's a quiz I created using FlipQuiz, a free online tool that provides educators with a quick way to create gameshow-style boards for test reviews in the classroom using an interactive whiteboard or videoprojector. Click here to see a live demo.

I've tried a few similar tools but FlipQuiz is the best one I've come across as the design is attractive and the text is nice and big. The only thing that didn't work so well is embedding, which is why I've linked to the original quiz instead. The Pro version (which I've got) adds a few extra features such as automatic score-keeping and the ability to convert your quiz into online flashcards (see here). The latter would be useful for extra student review after the class (just send them the link).
